KALT LIFE CUSTOM CARTS LIMITED BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY

What is Covered under the Limited Bumper to Bumper Warranty:
The extent of the Limited Bumper to Bumper warranty given for each Kalt Life Custom Build is described below.

Duration of Limited Warranty:
Each limited warranty lasts for the number of years stated against each product in the bill of sale, starting from purchase date.

What Will be Done to Correct the Problem:
Kalt Life will examine the cart and decide if it’s covered under this limited warranty. Kalt Life will then, as its choice, either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable part. In these cases, Kalt Life will be responsible for the costs of repair, spare parts, labor and Travel arrangements for the cart. This will not apply in cases where repair work has not been authorized by Kalt Life. Any defective parts removed during repair work will become property of Kalt Life.

Conditions for the Limited Warranties:
The limited warranties are valid from the date of purchase. The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase.

Exclusions:
The Limited Warranty do not apply to products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products. The warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. The warranties do not apply if products have been placed outdoors or in a humid/salt environment or if the product have been used for non-domestic purposes (unless otherwise stated). The warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages or natural damage (i.e. rain, rocks, weather conditions, paint chips, etc.). Warranty does not cover custom upholstery or water damage to seats or seat backs or seat parts or Charger.

Drive Train and Electrical:
The entire Drive train and full electrical system including batteries are covered under this Limited Warranty excluding any add-ons Examples: Radios, Converters, Lighting, Independent LEDs, Auxiliary plugs or any other electrical components that are not a part of the golf carts Drive train. However, those additional components are covered through the manufacturer’s warranty.

How to File a Claim:
Any Warranty work must be reported within 30 days of occurrence to Kalt Life Custom Carts
